Jeff we have a shortage of  good vacant land inventory, I have been reaching out to sellers who previously had their property on the market and often sales come together even though the property never made it back to the MLS, Endre

Our family has land for sale - 2 tracts 130 acres on Purcellville Rd. Our goal for Purcellville annexation is so frustrating. We have offers from two builders contingent upon annexation. Is this an area you have interest?

It is not under contract. Both builders offer to take over process of annexation but not provide payment until approved.

We have an attorney who is also attorney for builder. The tentative offer as is for approximately 70 acres is $1.7 million or $3-4 mil for whole farm with historic house. Their offer for land after annexation is much more. We have already had charette and met with mayor and town council many times, filed for annexation. Now town wants fiscal impact study. Why do you think builder would offer to take over expense of annexation and rezoning unless they believe it will happen?

Do you think your client would still be interested?
