Usually homes owned by sports stars, or famous people don't really interest me. That is, whoever lived there doesn't realy contribute to the actual $ value in my opinion. Especially if they only owned the house for a few years or so. I've seen many so called famous owner homes that are way, way overpriced.
In this case, Robert Griffin III's house in Creighton Homes development along route 15 between Leesburg and Aldie seems to be priced very well to me. RGIII was let go by the Redskins, and he was hired by the Cleveland Browns.
The home seems to be in excellent condition and has plenty of room for just about any lifestyle. The link below contains some photos and information about the house.

Jeff it's interesting to me that a certain segment of home buyers would pay more for a home owned by a celeb!
Thanks for sharing the link - that's a pretty cool house!
#1- Hi Anna, I know some would, but seems like people can overpay just for the recognition of owning it!
#2- Hi Francine, Your welcome. Nice, but out of my range :o)
That is a nice house Jeff Pearl , I could step down to that from by 1,000 sq' home in Minot ND.
Since it's in YOUR area Jeff Pearl, . . . . .
I hope YOU get the buyer and I get the mortgage !
What do you say, . . . . . WE TAKE ONE FOR THE TEAM ?
Jeff I tend to agree with your perspective across the country this view often is valid. Now on the other hand in my market there is the "hero worship mentality" or should I say having a "Trophy home" needless to say I am referring to homes like Ronald Reagan, Charlie Chaplin lived and owned it... and the list goes on and on do add value. Just on a side note most of our homes are what I call "ego" homes the bigger the better the more expensive....Endre
